Membership Grace Period Extended for 2021 Members!
We’ve extended the membership renewal grace period until February 28, 2022, as some of our members encountered technical issues logging into and paying their membership dues. If you haven’t renewed your membership, or tried but were not able to get in previously, please click the button below and try again. We’ve setup a direct, simple renewal page for everyone which does not require a login.
We’ve got lots coming your way this year, including a new and improved membership platform and website, with features designed to facilitate even better communication among NELC members, adding more value to your membership.

A special thank you to everyone who helped spread the word about the 2022 NELC Virtual Academy — open to attorneys of color with less than four years of experience practicing management-side labor and employment law. The NELC Academy provides advanced skills training, exposes Fellows to NELC’s national network of experienced minority labor and employment attorneys, fosters mentoring relationships, and creates a pipeline for future NELC leaders.
We look forward to welcoming and introducing the 2022 Academy Fellows. Stay tuned!

2022 NELC Annual Conference
Save the Date April 27-28, 2022 – VIRTUAL
We’d love to bring everyone together for our next annual conference, but we have decided that in-person is not in the best interest of the organization and its members, with such uncertainty surrounding COVID-19.
Even so, we are looking forward to seeing everyone, albeit virtually, for a fantastic conference in April.
