Virtual Annual Conference

April 27-28, 2022

Navigating Disruption

From COVID-19 to the Great Resignation,
Reimagining the Employment Landscape

Dear NELC Family,
We’re thrilled to announce the theme for this year’s Annual Conference, and will soon share with you the session topics, speakers and more.

Whether you are an experienced practitioner or relatively new to the field of labor and employment law, the NELC Annual Conference provides practical information and insight concerning recent developments, strategies, and current trends shaping this continually evolving practice area.

This year’s Annual Conference will be virtual, but still interactive, consisting of eight sessions split into two consecutive days. Each day will have two headlining panels covering The Great Resignation and Establishing Goals for DEI followed by three other current and relevant panels that cover the most pressing issues Labor and Employment practitioners are facing today.

A virtual happy hour will follow the afternoon session on Wednesday the 27th. The program will offer a total of 9 hours of MCLE credit, including 1.5 hours of Elimination of Bias credit.

We hope to see you there!

2022 Sponsorship Opportunities

Available Now!

Sponsorship makes it possible for NELC to present this premiere opportunity for minority in-house and outside counsel to attend cutting edge programs designed for advanced practitioners.

Despite being reimagined as a virtual conference, this program will provide high quality content-designed with input from senior level, highly respected thought-leaders, including in-house counsel-and will include the caliber of topics that you, as an advanced practitioner, have come to expect.

The NELC will continue to promote our younger lawyers through conducting its NELC academy virtual as well.

Thank you to AT&TJones Day, and Littler for leading the way this year.
